JUST over a year after quitting rugby due to a stroke, former Exeter prop Carl Rimmer has his sights set on helping Plymouth Albion get back to the Championship.
Rimmer, who spent six years at Chiefs, winning the Premiership two years ago, had to call time on his career after collapsing at training in January 2018 – the result of nicking an artery in his neck during contact in a match against Newcastle the previous weekend.
