Welsh clubs ask for clarity over Celtic Cup plans

PRINCIPALITY Premiership clubs have pleaded for clarity from the Welsh Rugby Union as they continue to battle uncertainty both on and off the field.
Four of the division’s 16 outfits will be relegated at the end of the season and some are facing worrying financial positions.
Last week Cross Keys appealed for £20,000 just to stay afloat.
Added to that there is confusion over the games Premiership sides will play next season with a crossborder competition between Welsh and Scottish teams set to be implemented.
