ROB Evans has revealed the full extent of the horror concussion which hit him last season.
The Scarlets and Wales prop is determined to start 2019 with a bang after a slow start to the campaign due to niggly injuries.
And as his team-mates Leigh Halfpenny and Blade Thomson attempt to battle back from head knocks, Evans knows full well they must be handled with care.
