Mooar insists Scarlets can become kings of Europe

KIWI Brad Mooar has told Scarlets fans they can dream of European glory as he targets bringing the Champions Cup to Wales.
The qualified barrister will replace Wayne Pivac in Llanelli when the latter becomes Wales coach.
And having been an integral part of winning back-to-back Super Rugby titles with the Crusaders, Mooar is hoping his winning touch rubs off on the Scarlets.
