Ospreys left fuming at Owens and assistants

ALLEN Clarke slammed Nigel Owens and his officials after his Ospreys fell to a narrow defeat in Llanelli.
The Ospreys found themselves on the wrong end of Owens’s whistle as they conceded 14 penalties whereas the Scarlets conceded just three.
