O’Connor eyeing fast track back to top-flight

EALING centre Piers O’Conor has challenged his table-topping side to show Bristol they mean business when the sides meet at Ashton Gate today.
O’Conor, who is seeking a route back into Premiership rugby after leaving Wasps during the summer, knows a shock win over Pat Lam’s title favourites will put Ealing on the map and enhance the reputations of their ambitious players.
Convincing victories over Bedford (45-25) and London Scottish (72-12) have put Ealing in good spirits ahead of their most difficult assignment.
