SCARLETS captain Ken Owens has tipped his understudy Ryan Elias for a place on the British and Irish Lions tour to South Africa in 2021.
Elias, 22, won his first senior international caps in the summer tour clashes with Tonga and Samoa and is highly rated by Warren Gatland, Rob Howley and the Wales management.
