EXETER hooker Luke Cowan-Dickie has vowed to turn up the heat on England skipper Dylan Hartley during next month’s tour of Argentina.
Cowan-Dickie, 23, won the last of four Red Rose caps against Australia a year ago but, having edged his battle with New Zealand-bound Lion Jamie George against Saracens last weekend, Hartley’s No.2 jersey is now firmly in his sights.
