Elloway climbs on board at St Ives

LONG-SERVING Cornish Pirates hooker Rob Elloway retired from professional rugby last month but he has no intention of hanging up his boots just yet.
The 33-year-old front row man will be turning out for St Ives in the Western Counties West Division next season after becoming player/co-coach with the Hakes where he has been helping with the coaching this season.
The signing is a coup for the Cornish seaside club where Elloway will be joint coach along with Paul Thirlby, the former Redruth utility back, who has been running the side for the last two seasons. Elloway, capped twice by Germany w...
