SCHALK Burger has called for South Africa to join the Six Nations and European Cup as soon as possible to stem the elite player drain that threatens to neuter the Springboks as one of the world’s leading rugby nations.
In an exclusive interview with The Rugby Paper the iconic World Cup-winning Springbok flanker, now playing for Saracens, said South African alignment with the Six Nations makes sense in every respect.
