Gloucester scrum-half Ben Meehan is attracting interest from Australia and could be allowed to leave Kingsholm despite having another year on his contract.
Meehan, 30, who spent four seasons with Melbourne Rebels before joining London Irish, made 17 appearances this season.
English qualified through parents born in Yorkshire, he left Irish for personal reasons in April 2021 and moved to their Premiership rivals a few months later.
