Gloucester duo set to join Ealing

Championship leaders Ealing are close to pulling off a double swoop on Gloucester for former England international Billy Twelvetrees and former star Jordy Reid.
Blindside reported in January that Ealing had former Lions tourist Twelvetrees, 34, and flanker Reid, 31, who has played in Super Rugby for Melbourne Rebels, in their sights for next season.
Now Ealing, who have been discussing a merger with the Ospreys that would see them switch to the United Rugby Championship, will match Twelvetrees’ Gloucester wages.
