Borthwick may miss out on Willis again

Steve Borthwick missed out on signing Jack Willis as Leicester Tigers boss, and he could find him unavailable if he takes over the England hot seat from Eddie Jones.
Willis turned down advances from the Tigers, Bristol Bears and Northampton Saints to move to the Top 14 when he found himself a free agent when Wasps went out of business.
He was linked with a move to join Bordeaux but ended up signing on at Toulouse on a deal until the end of the season when he was expected to return to the Premiership.
