EBBW Vale are Super Rygbi Cymru’s early pacesetters after bagging maximum points for the second week running with a 34-17 win at Bridgend.
The Steelmen led 10-3at the break courtesy of wing Dafydd Thomas’ try, converted by outside-half Evan Lloyd, who swapped penalties with the hosts’ Fraser Jones.
Then three second-half trademark Ebbw tries in a 15-minute spell either side of the hour mark, all from the driving lineout, ensured they would be leaving with the spoils.
