It’s been a while now since you retired in 2019 and took up your position as academy head coach at Leicester. How did you find that transition?
It was pretty seamless. I never really thought I was going to coach, but I did the U18s for a year then, was with the senior team from 2020 up until last year, and now I do the transition to Senior Academy lads.
