Paul Rees finds out about Martin Bayfield’s plans to tour Britain’s theatres with his rugby show

Martin Bayfield has been on a few tours, but in October he will set off on a very different one as the second row turned actor and presenter takes in theatre halls in England, Wales and Scotland to talk about rugby and banter with other players who made it all the way to the top.
It is an indication of how the sport’s profile has grown in the last 30 years that there is considered to be demand for such a venture.
