Sevens ace Richard in Bath switch

BATH have had former England Sevens star Richard de Carpentier training with them in pre-season at Farleigh House.
De Carpentier, 31, who had spells with Leicester Tigers and Worcester Warriors before switching to Sevens, had a spell with Harlequins last December.
The Manchesterborn Sevens prop could help solve Stuart Hooper’s problems in the back row.
De Carpentier was a member of the England squad that won bronze at the 2018 Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast.
