I’M all for sporting bodies vigorously fighting their corner in the PR and publicity stakes, accentuating the positive whenever possible, but frankly World Rugbyare left looking rather silly by publicising some of the recent findings revealed by a new “global study” by a company called Nielsen, whoever they might be.
