Henson hops codes for run out at Raiders
FORMER Wales centre Gavin Henson has switched codes at the age of 38 to join West Wales Raiders - 18 months after hanging up his boots.
Henson has been playing Sunday morning football to keep fit while running The Fox pub in St Brides Major but has agreed to join the League 1 side based in Llanelli.
