Biased Booy must step down

THE administrative shortcomings at the professional end of the game in England have been highlighted by the failure of the Professional Game Board, to have an independent chairman.
The current incumbent is Chris Booy, the Bristol chief executive, who says that the Premiership ring-fence could be activated next season. Booy peddled the nonsense that relegation to the Championship drives wage inflation – even though relegated clubs bounce straight back thanks to parachute payments.
