Slow piper pips off Dylan and England

REGRETTABLY, the Calcutta Cup at Murrayfield has been played out in recent years to a familiar soundtrack of English complaints about the bagpipes. Dylan Hartley has now taken it upon himself to renew the lament started under Sir Clive Woodward.
