Cardiff man Halaholo’s call-up by new Wales boss Wayne Pivac has gone down badly in some quarters, with ex-Wales centre Gavin Henson slamming the residential qualification of both him and fellow Kiwi Johnny McNicholl as “wrong” – a view widely shared within the game.
