Remove this loophole allowing players to switch allegiance

ISRAEL Folau’s sacking by Rugby Australia has been one of our sport’s biggest controversies this year.
I don’t want to get into the nitty gritty of it too much, but what I will say is how shocked I was to read comments from Tonga head coach Toutai Kefu saying he would love Folau to play for his team.
That cannot be allowed to happen! I know that in all reality it is very unlikely, but I’m amazed Kefu would make a play for Folau – who has Pacific Island blood – in the circumstances.
