Tamara Taylor lives and breathes rugby. She works for the RFU in coach development, is chairperson at DMP Sharks while also hugely influential on the pitch at the club she has stayed loyal to throughout her senior career (the only exception being one season at Lichfield when work took her away from her beloved North East), and in her spare time – what there is of it currently – she is studying towards her level 4 coaching certificate.
