Witty opts for farmer’s life with the Chiefs

EXETER CHIEFS have completed a deal that will see Newcastle Falcons second row Will Witty join Rob Baxter’s side at the start of next season.
Blindside reported earlier in the year that the former England U20 international was on Baxter’s wanted list for next season.
Witty, who is from a North Yorkshire farming family and joined the Falcons academy five years ago, had also been attracting the interest of Harlequins.
But we have been told that he has opted to relocate to Devon farming country and the move will be confirmed in the near future.
