Webb for Bath via freelance World Cup?

BATH have been mooted for a possible move for Wales scrum-half Rhys Webb who has been playing for Toulon since the start of the season.
British Lions ace Webb, 30, ended his international career when, in October 2017, he signed a threeyear deal with Toulon.
But his fiancé Delyth and three sons are set to return home to South Wales after they failed to settle in the South of France.
It has been suggested that he could leave Toulon at the end of the season and go to the World Cup in Japan as an unattached player to get around eligibility rules.
