PONTYPRIDD remain in touch with rivals Merthyr at the top after a thumping win over Bargoed.
After a lethargic first half display, Ponty really stepped up to the plate in the second half. It took until the 30-minute mark until the first points of the match were kicked by home Ceri Sweeney.
