1. Chicken paranoia
I love chicken, but I hate the paranoia around cooking it. I won’t handle it, it goes straight from the packet and in the oven or the pan, so I don’t have to go through the rigmarole of washing my hands or disinfecting every surface it has come near. This paranoia probably stems from the fact that I’ve had food poisoning twice before, and it wasn’t much fun. At barbeques, I tend to stick to steak and sausages.
