1. Spicy food
This is probably my biggest pet hate. The hottest curry I can deal with is a Korma and, even then, I sweat and need lots of water or milk to wash it down. My mates are always doing stuff to wind me up about this. For example, the other day my colleagues at the gym I work at rubbed a spice mix around the rim of my water bottle just before I went into the sauna knowing that I would be thirsty. Every mouthful I took tasted disgusting.
