HARLEQUINS are in the running to lure former Wallaby centre Ben Tapuai into leaving Bath when his contract runs out next summer.
The 28-year-old from Brisbane, right, is believed to be weighing up his options for next season with John Kingston ready to offer him a deal to move to the Stoop. Tapuai gained Super Rugby experience with the Reds and then the Force before he arrived at Bath in November 2016.
The seven-times capped Wallaby is able to open talks with Premiership clubs in a month, six months before the end of his current deal.
