FORECASTS of New Zealand’s impending demise in the wake of their drawn series with the B&I Lions have been greatly exaggerated, according to Canterbury head coach Glenn Delaney.
England supremo Eddie Jones last week claimed New Zealand were experiencing problems with their squad depth, which he reckon “makes them more vulnerable than they were before”.
Impending overseas moves for Aaron Cruden, Charlie Faumuina, Steven Luatua and Tawera Kerr- Barlow appear to back up Jones’ assertion that the Kiwis are light in certain positions.
