Ex-Tiger Mauger takes top job at Highlanders

FORMER Leicester boss Aaron Mauger has been hired as head coach of the Highlanders on a three-year deal.
Mauger will replace Tony Brown, who is headed to Japan. The Highlanders reached the Super Rugby quarter finals this season before losing to the Crusaders.
Mauger said: “The Highlanders have a solid foundation of good core values and a tightknit culture. I am excited at the prospect of working with this team.”
