George, who led out the team with regular captain Maro Itoje starting on the bench, revelled in guiding England to a 48-7triumph at Twickenham.
Henry Arundell scored a hat-trick, with further tries coming from Ben Earl, Tom Roebuck, Tommy Freeman and a penalty try.
They now head to Edinburgh, hoping for their first win in the Scottish capital since 2020.
