Wales without star centre Tiaan as they tackle the champions

WALES head coach Gareth Williams has been dealt a blow with Tiaan Thomas- Wheeler unavailable.
The Ospreys centre was one of the more experienced players named by head coach Williams in his initial squad given the amount of game time he’s had for his region in the PRO14 this season.
Unfortunately for Wales’ junior set-up, the Ospreys have refused to release Thomas-Wheeler to face France.
