BEER hawkers, who walk around serving drinks to fans at the stadia, are hoping to break the million beer barrier.
More than 550,000 bevvies had been dished out ahead of the quarterfinals and the thirst of spectators shows no sign of drying up.
Global Hospitality Group have around 2,000 staff on duty who are paid commission.
A pint at the ground is 1000 yen, about £7, and is served from back packs that weigh around 18kg.
It means fans don’t have to miss any of the action queueing for a beer.
