Sad Scots thrashed by muscle men of France

SCOTLAND looked a million miles away from serious World Cup contenders as Gregor Townsend’s side were handed a painful rugby lesson in Nice.
And unhappy head coach Townsend will be demanding massive improvement from his players when their French rivals arrive at Murrayfield in six days time for the return.
The visitors performance was as lumpy as the poor Allianz Riviera pitch, and fell apart even quicker! Five tries to nil, and a mere penalty to show for their failure to front up.
