AT LAST, World Rugby have spoken out against the most contrived international fixture arranged for many a moon – the one between Wales Seconds and
South Africa Reserves in Washington last June. And they had the nerve to call it a Test match.
What took place in the US capital ought to have been billed as a Wales XV against a South Africa XV instead of attempting to sell it as something it wasn’t, i.e. a full-on Test.
