Fijian bailed on sexual offences

Fijian international, Api Ratuniyarawa, 37, has been has charged with three serious separate sexual offences, which forced him to withdraw from the Barbarians’ squad for their game against Wales.
The former London Irish and Northampton second row appeared at Cardiff Magistrates yesterday morning when his case was committed to Crown Court with Ratuniyarawa conditionally bailed to attend there on December 4.
The court was told he denied sexually assaulting three women at Revolution bar in the city’s Castle Street between October 31 and November 1.
