THE sun may have made a surprise appearance for kick-off but there was little to warm Firwood fans as Wasps won at a canter.
In only the second minute, a mix-up in defence saw Wasps scoot around the blindside for Abigail Dow to score unopposed in the corner.
It turned out to be a long day for the home side, especially for the front five who came under pressure from a bigger pack.
