SARACENS strengthened their position near the top of the table with a controlled victory over Exeter at Sandy Park, taking their chances to secure a valuable five-point away win.
Exeter started brightly, enjoying early territorial control through a strong kicking game and set-piece pressure. That dominance told early on when centre Alex Tessier charged down a clearance kick and gathered in-goal to score, with Gabby Cantorna converting for a 7–0 lead.
