Lightning strike again with Trailfinders victory

Lightning made it back to back wins in the Premiership Cup after comfortably beating Ealing Trailfinders.
The hosts who flew out of the blocks to score the game’s opening points inside the first two minutes through Abby Duguid.
Ealing’s route onto the scoreboard came as Rowena Burnfield charged down a kick before racing onto the loose ball.
Lightning started the second half the better. A strong strike move with Green feeding Ellen Scantlebury on a lovely wraparound move to cross over between the posts.
