Hughes grabs the glory for Llandovery

IOAN Hughes was the hero for Llandovery as his last-gasp penalty sent the cup holders into another final after a dramatic 26-24 win against Pontypool.
The outside-half ended up with a match haul of 21 points. He scored a second half try, as well as converting his own and wing Harri Doel’s first half try, and kicking four penalty goals after the break.
It was tough on Pooler, who had looked set for a stunning semi-final triumph after overturning a 23-10 deficit with less than seven minutes remaining in a dramatic finish at Church B...
