Dragons are fighting to prevent No.8 Aaron Wainwright following Jac Morgan and Dewi Lake out of Wales.
Wainright, 28, who is out of contract in the summer, turned down other offers to re-sign for the Dragons in January 2024.
Wainwright, who has 62 Wales caps, has made 127 appearances for the region.
He was the man of the match last Sunday when Dragons fought back to beat Lyon 23-21 in the Challenge Cup, which ended a year-long winless streak.
