Cipriani on shortlist for star player

GLOUCESTER fly-half Danny Cipriani, 31, has been nominated for the Rugby Players Association Player of the Year award.
Northampton’s Cobus Reinach, Sale’s Faf de Klerk and Exeter’s Santiago Cordero and Henry Slade are also nominated.
Ollie Thorley (Gloucester), Joe Cokanasiga (Bath) Tom Curry (Sale), Alex Dombrandt (Harlequins) and Rory Hutchinson (Northampton) are nominated for the young player award. Curry, along with Jonny May and Mark Wilson, are nominated as England player of the Year.
