JAMES McRae scored a memorable hat-trick as the Rams sent Robbie Stapley into retirement with a pulsating 49-40 home victory against Rosslyn Park.
The No.8 cut a sublime line to open the scoring, Fraser Honey with the extras, before Matt Woodward and Josh Bragman levelled.
Converted tries from Tomek Pozniak and Dan Swain pushed the hosts 21-7up, but Park hit back as Bragman landed following a Ewan Fenley dot down.
