Darlington Mowden Park secured their survival with a dramatic win over relegation-threatened Esher.
Although the hosts are now safe, the result leaves Esher still battling the drop heading into the final round of the season.
The hosts made a lightning start and dominated the opening quarter to lead 15-0.
Yaree Fantini latched on to a deft kick to score the first try before powering over for his second off the back of a driving maul.
