Dominant Cinderford stormed to victory over table-topping Rams.
Top try-scorer Nathan Taylor scored the opening for the home side, while scrum-half Mike Austin kicked the first of his 17 points by converting.
Rams looked sharp in attack as fly-half Rowan Grundy found full-back Will Partington with a cross-field kick to dot down in the corner, but Declan Fissenden’s rolling-maul try cemented Cinderford’s dream start.
The half-time score was 17-5 as the boot of Austin added a penalty for a Rams offside.
