FULL-BACK Craig Duncan bagged two tries as Plymouth Albion held off Bishop’s Stortford in atrocious conditions.
The home side made a superb start, scoring the first try after seven minutes when, after a great cross-field kick, Henry Clement gathered the slippery ball to score under the posts. Connor Eastgate converted.
A deliberate knock-on near the Bishop’s line prevented a likely score for Albion and referee Hamish Grant awarded a penalty try.
