Vooght’s double leads Rams raid

CAMBRIDGE were on the wrong end of a Ram raid as the visitors denied the Blood and Sand ball in the first half and found more space than a lockdown office car park, running in three tries before the break.
Tom Vooght touched down after 16 minutes, Drew Humberstone converting, and Jamie Gutteridge added a second only for Humberstone’s kick to cannon back off the post.
With Cambridge’s Gareth Baxter in again ahead of the break, Vooght added number three and only a try-saving pounce by Darryl Veenend...
