A SECOND-HALF blitz from Blackheath took the game away from Caldy in an enthralling encounter.
The hosts were on the board almost instantly through an Elliot Clements-Hill penalty, before Nicholas Royle responded for the visitors on six minutes with an unconverted try.
Full-back Leo Fielding slotted a second penalty soon after as Blackheath got back in front, before flanker Nyle Davidson crashed over for Caldy’s first converted score.
